Sour Patch Battle Karts

Sour Patch Battle Karts is like most of the flash game you will on internet but for a flash game what really pushes it are the promising graphics and gameplay, to some extent similar to that old bike game ‘Road Rash’. The game is not about some fancy grand tracks or scores of scenery. It is all about bringing your opponent down before they do the same and also grabbing some power ups while you are on your way and yeah you have to overcome few hurdles too.
Pace is the way to your success, the faster you go the better it is for you because going faster means getting power ups before your foe gets them and also will have higher degree of escaping opponent’s assault.
Controls are pretty basic and simple and that really adds to the game, arrow keys are what it is all about, they control from acceleration to brakes and also moving sideways, while for handbrake ‘z’ is the key and if used properly it can be used to dodge incoming attacks and launching precise assaults of your own, it also helps for taking sharp turns. Press ‘x’ to launch whatever you happen to have at your disposal. It’s all about precision and timing.

Cold Storage

The Yeti, the Abominable Snowman is back with a new style and that is a gymnast. That’s right and there is nothing that can stop this white cute fur ball. Cold storage is a game that puts Yeti vaulting up caverns to rescue his friend.
Nitrome brings another chapter to the Siberian legend, with our cute abominable Yeti stranded in the cold vault with only pole to swing around enabling him to launch him higher and also saving as many friends as possible trapped in ice bubbles on his way out. He will be faced by various obstacles and enemies impeding his progress while going through 16 level journey.
The controls are pretty simple and easy to get along with. You can either use arrow keys or the W, A, S and D to handle Yeti. With the swinging pole in his hand, all you need to do is to time your launch. Depending on the conditions, launch can vary from long lifts to small leaps. And you can also control his fall by guiding him sideways enabling you to get in a better position for the next jump. He can perform double jump by bouncing off of walls, reaching higher grounds.
It is probably the most fun game as far as the flash games are concerned. Offering good visuals, nice gameplay and challenging experience.

Robot Wants Kitty

These small flash games are sure to resurrect the good old days of 2D side-scroller games. They can be regarded as mini-renaissance. But basically they are called ‘retro’ and people that play them are usually not aware of the source material. Nevertheless, Robot Wants Kitty is a perfect said renaissance that offers great experience, nice visuals, simple controls and goofy story.
Another name of this game could be ‘Metroidvania’ as it borrows a lot from the Nintendo’s Metroid and Castlevania. Game is pretty simple in its approach. The basic idea is to explore large areas, killing enemies to survive and getting power ups to get to the new areas and levels. Its simplicity is what makes this game great, giving players nice fun experience along with the effective and responsive controls resulting in a good flash game.
Well the storyline is weird in a funny manner, you play as a robot who for some reason wants to get a kitty cat, make any sense? Not at all, but any ways, you start off with no powers at all but as the game progresses you find power ups that enables you to reach you could not reach before and get the kitties, so that’s pretty much about it. One issue about this is that its too short, took me 24 minutes to complete it, but that’s how a flash game should be, short and fun to play. It is surely one of the most fun games to experience.

Command And Conquer 4

If Command and Conquer ever offered a hallowed formula for the RTS, EA LA may soon be accused of sacrilege. The final installment in the Tiberium Sage attacks the immortal tenets of base building and resources management, elevating in their stead the principles of immediacy; dynamism and persistence.

That’s pretty good as far as heresy goes. The headlines changes static bases are replaced with mobile crawlers that can spit out units at a moment’s notice, as well as bolster the frontline of every battle. Three distinct classes, offence, defense and support, each with a customizable selection of units plucked from the 75 strong rosters for each fraction. Players can switch between classes on the fly and even total annihilation only result in a 15 second penalty before respawning.

One of the first things I notice as my offence crawler stalks into conflict is that gunfire is color coded, indicating how effective it will be against the current target. However over an enemy and the cursor changes to a rectangle if your selected unit is its fitting opponents. The battlefield must be comprehensible on a quick scan, says producer Raj Joshi, but this isn’t a dumbing-down: it’s a shift in emphasis from micromanagement and fiddle some execution to border strategy. EA are looking into special tournaments modes. Will that be enough? Either Way, you have to respect EA’s tenacity in trying to move the series forward without leaving old fans behind.

Machinarium

As an adventure, Machinarium can’t live up to its impossible visual benchmark, but it gives it a damn good try. If you have played the Gobliiins series (presumably in an attempt to atone for sins committed in a past life) or Samorost, you will get this gist instantly. You control an adorable, nervous little robot thrown on the scrapheap. He has the ability tp pick up items, stretch and squat down, and activate things.

These simple abilities lead to a splendid range of puzzles, and in many cases, ones that just wouldn’t work in another game. Normally, it’d be frustrating to find that, say, a spanner was randomly hidden in a Venus flytrap monster, or that the Key to an elevator’s cupboard was in a service tunnel next to a totally different look.

Here, they generally work because of the exploratory style. This isn’t a game when you solve problems by looking at the screen and working out a big battle plan, but rather by poking and prodding at everything, and combining the results. This makes the game (very slow, at times, especially with the amount of retreading it makes you do) but one with lots of variety, everything from the beating the computer at 5-In-A-Row to SpaceInvaders and actively failing a challenge just to get the challenger angry.

Super Meat Boy

Super Meat Boy is one of the best flash game I have ever played, it’s very challenging game that you have to played so many times to clear just one stage, although every stage is of 30 seconds. Sometimes you get very annoyed by the difficulty level of the game, I just recently threw my controller straight into the wall, I was so pissed off by the difficulty level of the game, yet I still love the game. The reason is a very solid story and excellent colorful graphics.

Of the good things about the game is you have infinite lives, and every death of the Meat Boy comes a lesson that you should repeat the same mistake again, the game is very challenging with a solid gameplay. The controls are very easy to understand, it’s just a two button game, one with the jump and with second you have to control your hero AKA Meat Boy.

After you complete the whole quest of the game, there is still more left in the game. If you are hardcore gamer and like to take on challenges, then Meat boy is a must game for you. After completing the game you have the option to play the previous levels in much harder mode known as the Dark World. And if you complete the Dark World difficulty you will unlock exciting faces to play in place of your character.

Peter VS Giant Chicken

It’ very hard to right a review for a game, which is not good for playing, I mean seriously there is no theme, no special gameplay, nothing new just a crap. It’s a very bad game. The basic theme of the game is versus fighting, and this flash game needs 2 players to start the game, which I don’t think so is a good thing. The intelligence and gameplay is very bad, there is no intelligence in the physical movement of the players and the controls of the game are also very annoying.

The graphics and the environment of the game are dull and not attractive. There are only two characters in the game one is Giant Chicken and the other is Peter, both the characters have same movement, same fighting style, I think the characters are different by face but on the whole they are the same. There are total three levels in the game, one good thing about the game is there are different varieties of weapons to choose from and you can also upgrade you weapons as the game progresses.

On the whole the game is very bad, there is no sense of gameplay, dull graphics and the environments of the game make it even worst. Same is the case with the audio of the game; sound effects of the game are very annoying.
